We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged the full session fee. We understand life happens — please reach out if something unexpected comes up.
Many extended health insurance plans cover psychotherapy provided by a Registered Psychotherapist or Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO.
Coverage varies by provider, so we recommend confirming directly with your insurance company. Receipts are provided after each session for reimbursement.
